Lawnscaping Challenge - One Layer Card

Summer is flying by! Sunny days have been few but, enjoyed to the fullest with watermelon, fun friends for evening dinners and puppies. Which is why it has been a bit slow in the crafty studio. Playing with paper has been replaced with making puppy mush, kitting for classes replaced with kissing puppy faces. I stole some time last night to make this fun little card for the Lawn Fawn, Lawnscaping blog challenge. Simon Says Stamp is the Challenge Sponsor. Julie Ebersole is the Guest Designer and her one layer card is the inspiration for my card. Her adorable one layer card is here
I love how Julie uses Washi tape on many of her creations. Her summery look with the Lawn Fawn Pitcher and lemons inspired my little card, here.
My roses are finally blooming after a few days of sunshine.
I think my basil is giving up however, with mostly chilly and rainy days.
So far today it is SUNNY!!! Thanks for stopping by! Images: Lawn Fawn Paper: A Muse Studio, Pistachio Accessories: Washi Tape (used for the ribbon at the top) Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Versafine Copics - R20,22, YG03, G24,28, W0
